Pomegranate ran their launch event on Sunday 11th May 2025 @ 3 p.m. in St Michael's church,Framlingham. This was the  first event for Pomegranate, but also for the performers - Trio Asteri. This newly formed ensemble was made up of Grace Meadows on bassoon, Jayne Head on flute and the pianist, Sophie Riga de Spinoza. They performed a fantastic programme of work including the Farrenc Trio in E minor, 6 Pieces for Flute and Piano by Amirov, Sicilienne et Allegro Giocoso for Basson and Piano by Grovlez and Poulenc's Trois Pièces for Piano. 

It was a packed house on the day, and part of the funds raised went towards the June/July 2025 6 week Neurodiversity Workshop pilot for children and their families.
