Music Therapy
Music therapy uses techniques like improvisation, listening, and songwriting to support communication and emotional wellbeing. No musical experience is needed—music becomes a shared language that can help explore feelings, connect with others, and build confidence.
Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a unique type of pyschodrama that uses drama techniques such as roleplay, storytelling, creative tools, small world play, masks and puppetry to create creative distance for clients to explore their feelings.
